MAIKAZA Laptop Giveaway – Official Rules
1. Introduction
By participating in the MAIKAZA Laptop Giveaway (the “Promotion”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Promotion is sponsored by MAIKAZA, 28, Olaosun Okesola Street, Idimu-Ejigbo Lagos.
2. Eligibility
  • The Promotion is open to people who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
  • Employees, officers, and directors of MAIKAZA, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) are not eligible to enter.
  • The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion period
  • All entries must be received within the Promotion Period to be eligible.
4. How to enter
  • Method of Entry (Purchase Required): To receive one (1) entry into the drawing, participants must complete a purchase of any product on maikaza.com during the Promotion Period.
  • Entry Limitations: Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the method of entry. Entries generated by scripts, bots, or other automated means are void.
5. The prize
  • Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive one laptop.
  • Prize Terms: The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize. MAIKAZA reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value in the event it becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Winner selection
  • The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
  • The drawing will be conducted by MAIKAZA
  • The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner notification
  • The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone.
  • To claim the prize, the potential winner must reply to the notification within 48 hours.
  • If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize, or is disqualified for any reason, MAIKAZA reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner.
  • Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for MAIKAZA to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. General conditions
  • Privacy: Any personal information collected from entrants will be used for the purpose of administering this Promotion and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless MAIKAZA, its officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
  • Right to Modify or Cancel: MAIKAZA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control.
  • Disputes: All disputes concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these rules will be governed by the law.
