Questions people ask
Is the Tech Plan really free?
Yes. You see your whole plan without signing up. If you’d like it by email, you can ask for it.
Do you sell my answers?
No. Your answers build your plan and help us reply to you. We never sell them.
What if I only want one small thing?
That is what quick wins are for: one workflow or one setup, from $750.
Who owns what you build?
The accounts and the data are in your name from day one. Once a build is paid for, you get the code we wrote for it, to keep, run and change, with or without us. We keep the right to reuse our own building blocks, open source parts keep their own licenses, and tools you subscribe to stay with their makers.
How do I pay?
Half when you say go, and half when you accept the build. The written price sets out how acceptance works, before anything starts.
What if my idea isn’t on the list?
Tell us in the plan’s last question. We’ll tell you plainly whether we can build it and what it would take.
