Who we are

Maikaza is the trading name of Mai kaza, business name BN2454555, registered in Nigeria at 28, Olaosun Okesola Street, Idimu, Lagos. You can reach us at admin@maikaza.com.

What we collect and why

Business contact details from public sources, such as company websites, public business directories and professional profiles, so that we can send one specific and relevant finding to the right person at a business.

Public technical records about a business, such as DNS records and public web pages. These are the raw material of our findings.

Anything you send us, so that we can reply, deliver work and invoice.

When someone opens an evidence card on this site, we record the time, the country and the browser type. We do not store IP addresses.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent personal data. We put no tracking pixels in our emails, and this site runs no advertising trackers.

Stopping contact

Reply “stop” to any email from us, or write to admin@maikaza.com. Within two business days we add you to a suppression list so you are never contacted again, and we keep only what that list needs.

How long we keep data

Prospect data is deleted twelve months after our last message if you never reply. Client records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Evidence cards

An evidence card is an unlisted page about one company’s public records. Cards are hidden from search engines and removed on request.

Who processes data for us

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and our email provider. Both act only on our instructions.
