See what a change breaks before you make it

Pick any part of a product and see everything a change to it would reach, before anyone touches it.

A web app that maps how systems depend on each other, so the team sees the impact of a change first. Delivered over four stages and approved by the client.

01What they needed

Before changing a part, a team needs to see everything that change reaches: other parts, requirements, software and drawings. Their data arrives as spreadsheet exports, each team in its own format.

02What we built

  • A graph engine that follows seven rules for how a change spreads, each with a set direction: upward, both ways or through to the target. It shows the path behind every result.
  • Import that reads each team’s own spreadsheet format and keeps every column.
  • Suggested links for parts left unconnected, which people confirm or reject, with undo, and a record of who confirmed each link and when.
  • A data browser with search, editing that keeps every link consistent, depth and type filters, and sign in for the whole team.

  3. JulSeven rules, impact paths, data browser, team sign in

Insurance software · United States · June to July 2026

A readiness test, straight through the API

Before launch, the backend was tested directly, without clicking through the app, and the findings written up for the team.

For an insurance software company getting ready to launch.

01What they needed

Before launch they needed the backend checked directly, without going through the app screens.

02What we built

  • A Playwright suite of 30 test files that drives the API directly, past the app screens.
  • A seven page readiness report from a three week sprint.

A product roadmap moved to Planner Basic

A roadmap moved to a simpler plan type by a flow, with no copying by hand.

For a software company whose roadmap had to move from Planner Premium to Planner Basic.

roadmap tasks moved

Planner PremiumPlanner Basic

Read the full case

01What they needed

Planner Basic has no task hierarchy and different fields, and the move had to run inside their own Microsoft 365 tenant.

02What we built

  • A Power Automate flow that reads the roadmap, keeps only the sprints that matter and creates the tasks.
  • Parent tasks become cards and child tasks become checklist items, ticked when done.
  • Labels and buckets mapped by rule, and each task’s Teams links carried into its notes.
  • Built inside their own tenant as a portable package, with the group and plan as inputs, so it can run on another plan.
  • Power Automate
  • Microsoft Planner
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Excel

On recordThe delivery checklist and the exported flow.

01What they needed

02What we built

  • Identities mapped into the right certificate stores in STRUST.

Duplicate records merged into one clean CRM, with the LinkedIn conversation notes kept on the right people.

For a partner network that runs its relationships through LinkedIn.

duplicate groups merged, after an approved pilot

Read the full case

01What they needed

Their CRM held the same companies and people many times over, their LinkedIn history had to be kept, and they wanted pipeline and money tracking they could read at a glance.

02What we built

  • An audit first: twelve decisions for the client to make, with the full list of duplicates.
  • A pilot merge of ten groups for the client to approve, then the full merge.
  • A cleaner data model: 14 new properties, a ten stage pipeline and a company layer.
  • Six shared views and a daily dashboard checked against the live portal, with guides and a recorded walkthrough.

Assessment results were wired into the CRM, and the email domain was moved and secured.

A backend joining Typeform and Systeme.io for a wellness business.

DNS records verified after the move

Read the full case

01What they needed

They needed each assessment result to reach their CRM, and their domain moved to Cloudflare with its email records in order.

02What we built

  • A Cloudflare Worker that joins Typeform to Systeme.io and tags each person with their result.
  • Browser links carry a lead id the Worker issues, not an email address.
  • Email address checks with Kickbox, and alerts sent from a subdomain of their own.
  • Separate staging and production with a parity check that compares them, and GDPR processor documentation.

01What they needed

Each booking taken on their own site had to reach Beds24, and changes and cancellations had to follow.

02What we built

  • A WordPress plugin that sends each confirmed booking to Beds24 through a background queue.
  • Cancellations free the dates again, and date changes move the booking.
  • Rates sync every night, and dates blocked by hand sync too.
  • A queue that runs five jobs a minute, a resync panel and a log in the admin, all in the background so the payment step is not held up.

01What they needed

Something simple enough for daily use by a virtual assistant and staff in the field, and ready to grow.

02What we built

  • A service and maintenance smart process in Bitrix24, kept apart from sales deals so field staff are not searching through them in the mobile app.

Each date is the day the contract began, in 2026. A line under a contract says what was done, where our records show it. Came back marks a new contract from a client who had hired us before, including the next stage of a project. Seven are listed here; the other two are among the four not listed.
