Big jobs start small

Where it is reasonable, the plan cuts the work into phases, each with its own fixed price, so starting is a small decision instead of a big one.

1Start with one phaseOften a pilot or a first slice, with half at the start and half on acceptance.
2Check it against its testsEach phase has plain sentence tests agreed before it starts, and you check them yourself.
3Choose what comes nextThe next phase starts only when you say so, and its fixed price is in writing before it starts.

Prices you can see before you ask

Most jobs land in a published band, and the largest are quoted in writing. Every price is fixed in writing before work starts, and your proposal says what is in and what is out. Prefer to think in hours? Name any hourly rate and the price shows as hours at that rate, with the total unchanged. Tool fees, like a phone line or an AI service, are shown apart from my price.
